Jnyandeep Sarma (Jnyan) is the founder of SkillHunt, a platform born from his belief that finding the right opportunities shouldn't be so difficult. He started SkillHunt in 2025 with a simple idea: talent deserves a fair chance, and people shouldn't have to struggle endlessly to find opportunities that match their skills.

He saw room for improvement in the traditional hiring system, where finding the right candidate or getting noticed as a job seeker can often be a long and frustrating process. With SkillHunt, his goal is to make that process simpler, more accessible, and more effective by bringing jobs, internships, freelance projects, and startup opportunities together in one place.

What makes this journey personal is that Jnyandeep isn't just the person behind the idea. He has also worked on building the website and designing the platform himself, turning his vision into something people can actually use. From the initial concept to the design and development, SkillHunt has been a hands-on journey of learning, experimenting, and building from the ground up.

Jiturpan Saikia joined SkillHunt as Co-founder on October 10, 2026, sharing the vision of building a platform that makes finding the right opportunities easier and more accessible.

As Co-founder, he manages SkillHunt’s marketing efforts, focusing on building the brand, reaching the right audience, developing partnerships, and bringing more job seekers, freelancers, and organizations onto the platform.

He works on expanding SkillHunt’s reach and building its presence in the market. From understanding user needs to developing marketing strategies and creating awareness about the platform, he plays an important role in SkillHunt’s growth.

Together with the team, Jiturpan is working to make SkillHunt a platform where talent meets opportunity and finding the right people or the right work becomes simpler and more accessible.
